I spent some time searching for an answer, but found nothing specific. Most dryers do not regulate the temperature, it just depends on the air flow, clothes moisture content, and the wattage of the elements selected for the particular drying cycle.
One source indicated that dryers can get up to 180 degrees, but that seems like the high limit. A dryer with a blocked vent pipe can get hot enough to cause a fire.
It is my opinion that your 105 to 120 degrees F. is in the ballpark.
