In reply to flat roof LEAKING FOR TWENTY YEARS by Marcie on December 3rd, 1998 12:11 PM [Go to top of thread]

You didn't say who you want to help you with your leaking flat roof. But if you're asking 'me', my advice is free but my work isn't.

You can get on-site help by having a contractor look at your problem and at least tell you where the source of the problem is and how much it will cost and what it will take to do the job. How is anyone going to take you seriously when all you offer (on line that is), is your phone # and no other info, along with waiting 20 years for help?! I know it's Christmas and 'tis the season for giving but good grief!

My advice is to have someone in your area look a the problem and its source and tell you what time, materials, and such it will take to fix the job. From there, perhaps we can be of more help. My best to ya and Happy Holidays.
