Buy a couple of gallons of the stuff. Mind you, it should be the CLAY kind. you are going to pour some of it on the oil and work it around with your hand or a stiff brush. The clay will aborb most of the oil.

Then sweep it up and toss it in the trash. Now you have a relatively clean floor, but if you want to keep at it, either repeat the clay until you can't get any more up with it, or go straight to the DAWN dishwashing soap. Dawn and hot water will take most of the rest of it up. Concrete is absorbant, so there will probably be at least a little oil you won't get, but it won't be anything but a little ugly.
