I need some help/advice with trying to glue down my Brazilian Cherry flooring. I have 3/4" pre-finished flooring that needs waterproofed. This was my best guess at waterproofing the tongue and groove joints. Unless I could paste wax each joint. I would use Tite Bond II to glue it. I really have no choice at this point. I did not want to put down laminate flooring, been there, hated that! I would rather work with wood.
I want to glue the joints, nail it, and then wipe up any excess glue. After the glue dried, I was going to add extra protection by waxing the floors with paste wax. Any ideas, or suggestions?
