I also recommend the tiger and DIF. Mix your DIF solution in a garden sprayer and spray the walls with it after you've scored them with the TIGER. Once all of the wallpaper has been removed, wash the walls in the DIF mixture using a large sponge. Use Kilz to prime your walls before painting. Priming is very important in case you miss any glue on the walls. If you paint with glue you'll get the crackle effect.
