I have painted some of my living room walls, and would like to add something more on top to accentuate and give more depth and dimention to my walls. My paint is ICI, the colors I chose are "coach lamp copper"-a deep redish brown and the contrasting color is " french quarter" a deep gold. I have been looking a some of the ralph lauren stains....but it appears that is something that I should have added to paint prior to painting. Does anyone know of some thing that I can perhaps add over the top-without repainting-applied with a cheese cloth, or something similar?
