The easiest thing would be if you had a tripped gfci breaker somewhere that was causing this. This might not be the case, but if it is then you could have it fixed in a couple minutes.
Sometimes circuits are protected by gfci breakers and if they pop then other stuff that is on the same protected circuit won't work either. Do a thorough search for outlets that have the little red and black buttons in the middle and reset them. Sometimes these outlets are in another room or are hard to find if you have furniture covering them. Also, sometimes they are on the regular breakers in the panel.
