Getting cat urine smell from subflooring

Posted by Lizanne on July 16th, 2000 08:03 PM

I am replacing carpeting with floor tiles in my dining room because I had a cat that loved to be bad in a particular area in that room. My problem is that I need to get the smell out of the wood before I finish off the new floor. I tried a liberal amount of clorox, but this didn't help. Any suggestions?
