Genie IS550A red blinking light

I have had an issue where the garage door stopped going down. Power seemed ok.
Then I noticed that the green sensor light was out. I tested the power to it and found no power with my tester to the green sensor.
I ran new wires and the green light came on but the red was still blinking.
During my task I did something that tripped the power on the main unit and it starting trying to spin the screw drive. I got it to stop but now it seems like the motor has no power, no light to the bulbs, but enough power to get the red and green sensors powered.
at any rate the red is still blinking too and the green is pointed directly at it.
Any suggestions from those of you who are handier than me?
