The responsibility of the line from the meter to your utilities is yours. If you do not have the ability then any plumbing/heating contractor will do it. I would install the furnace and the lines at the same time. Call the gas company last, since they generally will not install the meter without the gas lines in place. The furnace and gas lines will be completed in one day so there really isn't a big time frame anyway.
