I have a gas furnace (boiler). It is a steam/radiator system. The furnace is about 15-20 years old. Upon checking it recently, there is a small steam of water on the right side of under the furnace. I have never had this happen before. I looked to see if the water was coming from pipes above or a nearby hot water heater. I feel it is definitly from the furnace. What could cause this??

I just had the yearly service of the furnace done about 3 weeks ago and nothing seemed wrong at the time.

I'd appreciate any advice.
