Garlic Butter

Sorry to take so long answering and hope that you did not want it tonite. Get 2-3 cloves of garlic and remove the outer skins (and that is cloves, not heads of garlic). Mince the cloves into pieces about 1/16" square and put them in a small bowl. Add one stick of butter to the bowl and let it go to room temperature then blend the garlic into the butter. Spread this on the bread of your choice. Your taste will determine how close to the amount you expect it is. You can also add Parmesan cheese to the butter and garlic, if you wish.

A "cheap and dirty" way for quick garlic toast is to mix garlic powder and parsley flakes and put them in an old spice bottle. Butter the bread and sprinkle some of this mix on it, then toast.
