You can do as Steve says, but make sure that you drill holes into the existing concrete to allow you to
tie the rebar into the existing concrete. If you dont want to do this, search your hardware store for a product called
MM-80. It is excellent for crack repair. I do alot of crack repair because I do decorative concrete for a living and it is the best product I have found.
You can then do(or have done) a 1/4 inch overlay with a polymer based cement mix and
