Same here. But now Sears doesn't have a help line any more, I've called various numbers (customer relations, repair, warranty) just to see if I could get a simple answer to this problem. The local customer relations line in San Jose was such little help that they suggested calling someone else in the garage door business and see if they might know. I replied, "If that's all you can recomend, then I'll never buy anything else from Sears again." To which they replied, "I don't have time to hear how little help I am, I have other customers to help, goodbye."
