I recently had a new 100,000btu G26 Lennox furnace with a 3/4hp motor installed and ever since they have installed it, it doesn't push even warm air let alone hot air. I had the dealer which installed it come out and check it over. They just said that it's because the furnace is in the basement and it's too cool for the furnace heat. However, my cold air return is sealed and comes up through the floor and into the livingroom.
So here's what happens . . . The burners come on but at the same time the cold air return motor kicks on and then before the chamber gets hots the blower kicks on and pushes very cool air through the vents. The chamber does not ever get hot or even warm. Something is not right and I feel my installers are not leveling with me. Please let me know any suggestions... Thank you - Troy
