I purchased a new Lennox Pulse furnacd in 1993 and have had numerous problems of varying kinds from the ver beginning. I have had check ups for it every fall and spring. No avail. The last episode was last night when it simply stopped working and the local company sent a workman who was on duty alone and ,because it was Sunday he took 3 hours to get here. Lucky me I had family to stay with overnight. I went out about five PM. It just seems this is a poor product. What do I do?
