furnace motor

Piolet light is on everything works on that side,
ignites and flame for heat. Fan motor , you hear the electical current click to indicate power, (lasts about 5 seconds) then it cuts out. The fan does not start. The belt and wheels on the unit will turn by hand but it will not turn on when the power is sent to it.
Is it the motor or a connection in the motor?
