I have a two year old house and a two year old furnace that keeps, each winter, shuting the heat down and blows cold. the techs say you just need to reset the furnace by pressing the middle button. what middle button? each of their visits lasts about 5 min when the techs come about and then it works for about 3 weeks. they say it might shut off during severe wheather or wind storms which we haven't had any.
how do i reset the furnace and why does this keep happening?
