John, the supply diffusers he mentioned are butterfly dampers in the ducts that feed individual registers or legs from the furnace; john's asking if the system is choking because the heated air cannot escape to the registers fast enough.

The flame rollout switch is a safety switch that shuts off the gas if it senses that it's too hot outside of the heat exchanger (as if flames were present in front of the burner area, but outside the tubes they should be in)

Personally, I'm wondering if in the cleaning process the settings on the high/low limit switches may have been disturbed and need to be readjusted. This may or may not apply with this furnace, but I think it's worth checking into.
