Frustrated by BeverHome

I have ordered two sofas from BeaverHome in September of '00. I was assured that the sofas will be delivered no later than late November. In mid-November I was told that the sofas are scheduled to be shipped in late November. Nothing happened. After weeks of promises and unreturned calls I was told my furniture was shipped on December 22 and to start calling the shipping company. I had to make alternate plans for our Christmas events. After a week of hagalling with the sipping company I was told that nothing was shipped. I am again getting a run-around with lots of failed promises. I am yet to receive a return call. I am now putting together all the detailes of this case for my lawyer. I am, also,planning a web site documenting my miserable experience with BeverHome.
