fiberglass reinforced plastic is most often sold as white or almond, pebble-grained 4x8 sheets, but can be found or special ordered in almost any color, texture, or pattern.
Its widely used in commercial and industrial applications in the food industry as wall covering in sanitary and wet areas.
works great for tub surrounds, showers, backsplashes, etc. The seams, edges, and corners need to be sealed properly. The FRP itself will last a lifetime. I use it frequently, a great surface-problem solver.
