Frost Free Hose Bibs.....

Only protect the last 8 to 12 inches of the bib that protrudes into the house. And only if that area into the house is heated.
Also, if you do not disconnect the hose from the bib, the water cannot drain fron that last 8 to 12 inches, and the bib will freeze and burst.
