Frigidaire washing machine transmission

I have a White Westinghouse washing machine which is actually made by Frigidaire or they are part of Frigidaire or however that works. During the spin cycle it does not spin. It tries to but just sort of makes the agitate motion a little. I just replaced the belt last month and it was working fine. It has the kind of transmission where the motor spins one way for agitate and the other for spin and pump operation. The motor is working fine and it still pumps the water out fine, but there has got to be something wrong with the transmission from what I can tell because even though the motor is spinning the way it needs to and at the speed it needs to the basket just don't spin.

Anyone have any help for me or know of a site that explains Frigidaire transmission operation in detail. This is usually left to "experianced qualified repairmen", but in my experiance if it can be fixed I can fix it. I am just not wanting to completely take this thing apart if that's not needed.
