Westinghouse is now a part of Frigidaire. They or one of their depots should be the ones you talk to about getting replacement parts.

I only see 1 "module" listed for that unit. It was part number Q000212227 which subs to EQ00212227 but unfortunately it is listed as NLA (no longer available) by Frigidaire. I really have my doubts whether anyone is likely to have old stock of such a thing as I do not believe those cooktops were very popular to begin with.

I think your only choices will be to use it as it is or replace the whole cooktop which will likely require at least some counter top alterations.
