Several manufacturers (Honeywell is one) make fresh air exchangers that bring fresh air in and transfer the heat in the outgoing air to the incoming air. Moisture leaves with the outgoing air. Although initially expensive, they filter the incoming air as well and save on fuel costs; otherwise any air expelled would be replaced by unheated air from the outside, using your fuel. Shut the unit off in the summertime and use a dehumidifier.
