I am not familiar with the codes in your area for hurricane bracing but the building dept. there should be able to advise you on these details. As to the framing it should be standard. Remember that it is not a residence so the code won't be as strict as for your home. (I think) You will need at least 2x6s for the headers over both doors and windows. Two thicknesses of 2x6 with a piece of 1/2 inch exterior plywood in between will give you a header that is equal to the thickness of a 2x4 wall. The rough openings for your doors and windows should be approximately 3/4"-1" wider than the units. About the same for the height of both as well.
