Foundation replacement

I have a 150 yr old farm house in Connecticut. The basement of this structure is made of field stone and sand mortor, and of course after time the mortor get grainy and allows water in the basement I and trying to find out if i can have a cement foundation toured to repalce the existing field stone wall basement and also to lift it about 6" to make it a usable area of my home. I would be greatful for any suggestions.
