What the @#%$ are you trying to prove? I was asking a fairly basic question. Maybe your head is missing a few wires or they are not connected.
I followed the recommended "Optional Wiring" diagram for controlling standard fixtures, included with the installation instructions.

Anyways, I finally tracked down a number for Heath and the tech. Rep. said the light is defective, and that I should bring it back. He said that it should be triggered only by a moving heat source and wind should not activate it.
