Hey Steve,

Thanks for the support. It's nice to be over with my 4th exam. It was the make-it-or-break-it test. I will keep you posted.

Anyways, I emailed Rockler and about 20 minutes later, I got a response. THey recommended one of the 2 following products:

T88 and Epoxy

I'd be interested in your thoughts.

I hear ya on the biscuit cuts. That's an interesting idea. I'm going to think about that and how to perhaps do something similiar so I don't have to cut into the vinyl porch posts. Another problem is, because of the gingerbread's design, I can't counter-sink any screws into the gingerbread (which would screw THROUGH the vinyl and into the 4x4 PT wood underneath the vinyl.) I need to be mindful of some movement, I suppose, with the temp fluxuations. Maybe not. Gluing both sides of the gingerbread will CERTAINLY make that 'problem' a foregone conclusion.
