Ask yourself this before you buy foam cornice moulding......

Is it fire rated?.......This stuff will burn just looking at fire. Not only will it burn but when it does it creates deadly gases. If the fire doesn't get you will the burning cornice? Have you ever burned styrofoam? Have you seen it drop those little balls of fire to the ground as it does?

Will it warp?........Not only does this stuff burn but it warps at high (70 - 80 degrees) temperatures! Imagine turning on the heat in your home and the next day you have to fix the cornice again!

Does it look real?........Nope! This stuff looks as phoney as a 3 dollar bill!

Does it paint well?......Nope here too! What with all the expansion and contraction and humidity and stuff you'll be lucky to keep this stuff painted for a year till you need to do it again!

People should realize that there are no cheap and easy ways to do ornamental plaster. You get what you pay for.

This foam stuff is trash.....actually it isn't even trash in some's a landfill nightmare!
