I have never installed this flooring and actually never heard of it. Bruce is my flooring of choice and good people to work with.
Well, sounds like you might be in for a legal battle. I would first document, document, document every thing said and begin organizing all your paper work and stuff.
I would get a good camera and take several pictures of the area and its defect. Make sure you have a good camera.
Make a few calls, taped, to Robbins and this time ask for the owner, manager, customer service manager and let them know that you want them to come out and look at it.
Request your money back and to take the floor out. Be persistant and calm.
Let them know that you are very disatisfied and want this fixed now.
