Hi, Kelly. From a brief look at the web site, my best guess is that it will work as advertised and if you are starting with a floor that is in pretty good shape. But don't forget the downside. You have to redo the treatment every 6 months. I'm not sure how many will want to take EVERYTHING out of a room or rooms every 6 months to redo their floor. It also is not going to restore a floor that has a bunch of scratches and gouges in it, let alone one that has had carpet tack strips or something nailed down. If you and your floor meet the criteria, then go for it. Let us know when you put it on how it works and then again 6 months later when you have to go through the process again. My guess is that you will love the initial installation and hate it when you have to do it again.
