You may wish to clean floor area first and coat with bonding agent. Also be sure ther are no open holes or gaps that moisture can seep through or you may have sinkholes as compound cures.
the is "Floor leveling compound" available pre mixed, or a product like "Dash-Patch" mixec to the thickness of pancake batter and floated out.
The powders that you mix will start to solidify fairly quickly on contact, so you may want to fill part wat in the lowest area and then recover to the desired height the next day.
