floor joists

I would get a level and check the level of the floors, doors, door frames, door edges, door jambs, walls, windows, and ceilings to see what is really out of level. If the jamb and door is straight up and down then the rest of the frame shifted. If you have an exterior door and an interior door that have the same basic shift, then I'm thinking some floor joists are broken or sagging somewhere. Do you have a basement so you can check them?
