floor insulation

Posted by lisam on July 5th, 2000 08:00 AM

This is a post to say thanks to all who replied to my previous question under this topic and to let all know what I finally did. I fixed the two areas that were damaged in the original underlayment (old floor) that was there. Then I used a cork material as the insulation and old fashion linoleum(sp?) on top of that! I found the cork and linoleum tile at a local flooring store. In all once the subfloor was fixed it took three days, including time out for fireworks and barbecues!
