Well I did look at the picture.What is wrong is two things. First, the flashing should be put in the brick buy cutting a groove and bending the top of the flashing and then sealing with silicone. Next, he should have used step flashing. As far as the flashing in the vally,there is no way it will work on top of the shingles. The caulk or tar will not hold up to the heat. Who is the general contractor. He's responsable. Oh by the way, I lived in Shreveport for 10 years before coming back to Mo. I lived on Forbing Rd. and on Kings Hwy. I really hope you get this cleared up. Ron J.
