Welcome to the land of the fixer upper. Jay is right. Start with the outside to save further damage to the inside. Get some bids, develop your budget, and priortize them keeping in mind that, for example, you don't want to put up new walls and then decide later that you needed insulation behind them. The fence may be last unless you have an animal to keep in. The kitchen will be the most expensive. The windows and termites first. Call the people at They can sell the chemical and ship it to the states that allow a homeowner to do his own treatment if one hasn't been done in the last five years since termites were found. A few hundred dollars in chemical and some labor digging a trench may help you avoid some of the pest control people who want a couple thousand dollars or more to treat and then use this bait and switch program that may or may not be that effective.
