test every screw and bolt for proper tightness. You may need to do a blade balance and find the one out of whack and fix it.

If this does not work, then bite the bullitt and get a new fan.

Don't spend any money on someone to repair or try to repair a ceiling fan, they are too cheap and not worth any repairs.
