you need to conserve the heat that you generate, meaning you need to hang some insulation and do some caulking. This is not that expensive.

You could have a safe gas heater for this job, you could get a kerosine heater, you could get a safe electric heater, or you could duct in to the garage with the home heating unit, IF you space will not overload the home unit.

The heating is easy, the conservation of the heat is the hard part.
