HELP!!! We recently purchased a house with two fireplaces. The downstairs fireplace (sorry we don't know the brand ) smokes heavily when you close the damper . It comes from the top of the insert between it and the brickwork. There is a 1/2 inch gap between the insert and the bricks that someone has stuffed with regular house insulation witch is why it probably didn't smoke the first few times we used it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks , Smokey House
