I am Steve the one BC was ref to. I did not contact the manu. yet as I have been busy. I did upon my last blown in job talk with a "ex-insulation" man at my local Lowe's and he did say emphatically to follow the radius requirements stated on the directons of the cellose. He was aware of the new cans that can be blown over, but he said that this manu does not still recommend it.

I imagine that we are talking about a legal and legal responsibility thing.

I am still going to contact the manu just have not had time.

BC comment made me think a bit, why not get some fiber batts and mold around the cans which is safe then the cellose can be blown in around the batting to make up the 18 inch radius rule.

I will do this procedure in the future on my jobs.
