fiberglass repair

Any reinforced plastic composite (fiberglass) product can be repaired, the problem is how is it going to look. You can repair this by sanding the area to be repaired and using catalyzed resin to fill the crack. Resin can be colored. More strength is possible if you reinforce with fiberglass mat. Its a lot like body work on a car.

There are trades people that do this repair in a way that is nearly invisible and guarenteed. If you are not familiar with working with these materials, you should probably look up a tub & shower repair person. Good luck.
