Mark, I just looked in the owners manual of my Hampton Bay fan and there is only an address
hampton bay fan&lighting co.
2455 Paces Ferry rd,N.W.
Atlanta Ga. 30339
I would try home depot first, they carry alot of fans. It may also be worth while to chek the fan speed control switch, if the fan is a multy speed fan, most are. It is actuated by a pull chain comming from the light cluster mounted under the motor. Often times someone pulls too hard on the bead chain and it breaks inside the switch housing. If this has happened or the control is bad it is much easier and less costly to replace than the motor. If you ahve to replace the motor you may as well look at anew fan, it would be easier to install since there was one there before.
