If so and you want to take off the facia boards, you can do it but it's a pain. I did it on my house. Use a wood block on the bottom edge of facia and hit it with a hammer to get a gap between the facia and soffit.
You then have to cut the nails with a hacksaw, most of the nails are probably under the gutters (as mine were) and you can't get at them without removing the gutters. Sandvik makes a little handle that holds onto the bottom couple of inches of the blade so you can slide the whole thing up there.
It's really time consuming and a bit of a pain in the butt - especially if the gutters are heavy guage and tight against the wood, but it's ALOT cheaper than replacing the gutters.
