Shirwin-Williams makes a paint that can be put on to 32 degrees. I've used this and feel it's a good product. No-one has made one that will stay on if you put it on while it's raining.On rain days we find other things to do. I don't understand the " how can I do this myself " question. Are you asking how to reach the 10 ft. height? Are you asking how to set ladders up?Or are you asking how to repair the damage yourself?
