there is one other method that might'll need a reversible drill, preferably one with variable speed. You'll also need a left hand drill bit...available at most hardware stores. if you can get the drill to stay centered in the fastener and turning counter clockwise, use moderate pressure and with a little luck...a good, sharp drill will bite into the fastener and back it out for you. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...good luck
