regardless of turning exhaust fans on or adjusting the humidity control if the house is extremely tight which happens all the time these days, you will produce humidity form all your daily routines and there is no way to remove that moisture. Add an air-to-air heat exchanger, tie the exhausts from the kitchen hoods, bathroom vents, etc, to the exhaust of the exchanger and exhaust on the prevailing wind side of the house up high, then locate the air intake below and away from the exhaust..typical effciiencies run between 65-75% there are sevral mfgs out there..
