Hi T. Buckus:

Ken is on the money. Only additional suggestion I would add is a way to reduce this moist air.

Our house is extremely tight and we are prone to getting heavy moisture condensation on our windows, even though we exhause our bathrooms and kitchen when necessary. To alleviate this, I run the central HVAC fan only for about an hour a day. This circulates the house air over the A/C evaporator coils in the furnace plenum, which acts as a kind of whole-house dehumidifier, condensing moisture out of the air. It definitely helps reduce (but not entirely eliminate) window condensation.
