Hi JD,

If the garage temperature is 'allowed' to fluxuate with the outside temperature, then you won't have problems. Unless, that is, water can run into the garage from a heavy rain, and gets soaked up by the base plate / drywall ...

Anyways, if you heat your garage, as Steve: also said, you will have problems.
