The underlying reason for the cracks is due to ground settling or not using a soaker hose. I will get some laughs about that comment.

Anyway... in my opinion all you can do is to neatly patch it so that it is not so noticable. Go to your home center and ask for concrete patch with latex. WITH LATEX.

This stuff will give alittle and not crack the next time the foundation shifts alittle. Remember this is a bandaid only.

If you concrete is colored, you can color this patch also.

apply this with a trowel or a tounge depresser since the crack is so little. Try to push as much of the patch compound down in the crack itself. This way it will last longer. remove any debris that you can.
